Each hotel, tour company and airline must meet Blue’s standard of excellence requirements. Extensive pre-planning and interviewing helps assure a trouble free and enjoyable celebratory getaway. We wouldn't have it any other way.

Here’s what you get with Blue Destination Weddings:

• Custom save the date postcards. Provide us with any photo(s) you would like and our graphic designer will custom design a postcard to announce your upcoming wedding. Blue will provide up to 100 custom postcards at no cost to you when you elect to use us to secure your travel plans.

• Save the Date Email. In addition to the postcard, an email will be sent to your complete list of potential guests.

• Your very own customized beach bag for you and all your guest that use Blue for their travel arrangements. The bag will feature yours and your fiancee's name and your wedding date.

• Wedding Website: Blue will design and create your very own personalized, interactive wedding website! It’s a great way to announce your wedding plans, upload and view photos, and easily communicate with family and friends.

• Free consultation with our very own in-house wedding planner. Not simply a travel agent that thinks they know a little about planning a wedding. This initial consultation will help you understand all of the elements needed to execute a successful celebration. Our professionally trained wedding planners will help navigate you and your spouse through the daunting task of planning this once in a lifetime event in a foreign land.

• Research and assistance in choosing the perfect destination. Blue will handle the footwork on this front. Based on the information we acquire in our initial interview, your Blue travel consultant will extensively research and advise on the perfect destination and resort.

• Location research for ceremony and reception at the host resort.

• Negotiate the best possible prices for air, hotel accommodation, insurance, airport transfers, car rentals, tours and excursions.

• Use our existing relationships and experience as leverage for as many added value items as possible. Whether its room upgrades, spa credits or considerations on the rehearsal dinner. If there is a deal to be had you can bet we will secure it on your behalf. Your Blue representative knows what and who to ask for these types of considerations. Think of us as relentless advocates working on your behalf.

• Comprehensive travel related support for you and your guests.

• Resort Event coordinator introduction: We will coordinate the first phone conversation with the resort wedding coordinator. The on-site coordinator will help plan the wedding reception and any additional events on site. Your Blue Destination Wedding representative will be in on the initial phone conversation to be sure all the right questions are asked.
