You're getting the lowest possible price at the time of booking – We Promise!

Your Blue Travel and Planning pro will diligently work to find competitively priced travel itineraries for our clients. If you happen to find a better rate elsewhere, we would appreciate the opportunity to match it with a comparable quote. If we are not successful in matching or beating the quote (which is a rare occurrence) Blue will give you $50 towards your honeymoon regardless of who you use, no questions asked. Price guarantee requests must be submitted within 24 hours from when the booking was made. Vacations that were booked outside of 24 hours are not eligible for Price Match Promise consideration.

The Small Print
If you find your reservation on another website at a lower rate, contact a Blue Representative Immediately. We'll match the price of the other deal if:
1. You contacted us within 24 hours after booking with all the details of the other deal including a link to the offer on the website and the exact price being quoted.
2. The other deal is bookable online and is still available when we check.
3. The other deal is subject to the same booking conditions you’ve chosen with Blue Destination Weddings. This means:

• It's the same property.
• It's the same room type, apartment type, etc.
• The check-in and check-out dates are the same.
• It has identical room conditions attached
(including the meal plan, cancellation policy, package offer, etc.)

If we can't match the rate of the other deal because one of these conditions is different, you still keep your existing reservation – including the cancellation policy.

Verification
All requests, including receipts, are subject to our verification. We will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower rate that cannot be independently confirmed by our staff. Nor will we verify any request that we believe, in our sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. Rate must be available to general public online.

The Price Match Promise applies only to rates both advertised and available to the general public on an English-language website. For example, this does not include rates offered on other membership program websites, corporate discounts or rates, military rates, group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator or interline rates, rates obtained via auction or similar process, or rates available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public. The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the rate, or from an e-mail that you received. The rate must be quoted, booked, and paid for in US dollars.

Our Best Price Guarantee offer doesn't apply if:
1. You book through a website that doesn't reveal which property or accommodation type you will be staying at until after you've booked.
2. You book using:
• Special membership rates
• Frequent stayer rates
• Loyalty points
• Any rewards programs or special promotions made available by the accommodation provider
3. You don't contact us until after you've checked in.
