At the conclusion of our interview we will have a good idea of which of our programs best fits your needs.

There are many destination choices available; the trick is finding the one that is right for you and your group. At Blue our travel professionals are available to help you navigate through those uncharted waters. We have years of experience and have seen it all. You will have a knowledgeable ally at your side. Based on your needs and desires a number of locations and properties will be suggested. At this point you can rest easy knowing that your celebration is in good hands.
3. Securing the best group rate
A Blue Destination Wedding Travel Professional will arrange and confirm a group booking and then make the special arrangements necessary on your behalf.
4. All of the extra goodies
Blue provides our destination wedding clients a personal wedding website along with save the date e-mail blasts. These free services are designed to keep family & friends updated regarding your upcoming event. In addition, you will have access to a number of planning tools to keep your wedding organized. Great tools designed to keep everyone in the loop and your event on track.
5. Plan and coordinate the wedding
Well now it’s time for the fun part, planning the wedding. An experienced Blue wedding planner can be there every step of the way. Whether it’s a beautiful beach in Mexico or a private serene garden in Europe, Blue can arrange it all. From photography to flowers, the officiator, legal requirements, etc, Blue Destination Wedding has you covered. Our certified destination wedding specialists are passionate about making your wedding day a memorable stress free special event. We do it every day.
6. Unique gifts for your guests
The perfect way to say thank you is to provide special gifts for your guests upon their arrival. From gift baskets, to chilled champagne in every room Blue will assist in making your special thank you, really special indeed.
7. Wedding day coordinator
Would you feel more comfortable with a Blue Wedding Planner on site to coordinate all the events surrounding your destination wedding?? Count us in! We will be glad to arrange for a Blue Event Pro to be on hand to assure all goes well.
